Purchasing Jewellery

Buying jewellery at Aroha Koha could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order of Aroha Koha jewellery.

We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards. If you are buying from outside the UK, place your order and your debit/credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to call us instead.  Please call us using the details on our contact us page and we will be happy to assist you in completing your order.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.  We are happy to post to an address other than the billing address - please note that this does not apply to orders shipped to an international destination.

All purchases are posted using Signed-for delivery.

Tax Charges

All quoted prices include any appropriate VAT for the UK and EU countries - what you see is what you pay. For items shipped to destinations outside the EU, orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices as the customer is liable for payment of these taxes or duties (if applicable) within their country following delivery 

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected your jewellery.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We DO NOT see or store any information about your payment card. Payment is handled securely by Worldpay©.

We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers.
