Shipping & Returns

The postage, packaging and handling costs of our jewellery are clearly shown before you complete your order.

Shipping

We will send an e-mail to let you know your jewellery has been processed and despatched. All orders must be signed for at the point of delivery.

Our orders typically take between 1 and 5 days to arrive, usually just 2 days for UK orders. If an item of jewellery is out of stock then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item, or refunding your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7 day no-quibble money back guarantee!

You can return your jewellery to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a complete refund (less the 3% transaction charges that we incur with our payment service provider unless the return is due to an error on our part). All that we ask is that the jewellery must be returned to us in original as new condition with all of the tags attached and still in its original packaging. Jewellery that has been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

For UK orders that qualify for free delivery (handling, packing and postage), the costs have already been borne by Aroha Koha and the order total will be refunded LESS the standard UK handling and postage cost (see postage and handling). The only exception to this is where the goods are being returned due to an error on our part.

PLEASE NOTE: For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer this guarantee on earrings and body jewellery (unless there has been an error on our part), so please ensure that you look closely at the images and read the descriptions prior to purchase.

You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.

International customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund must do so at their own cost. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.
